Common questions

• Where are my photos? Your scan photo is analysed on your iPhone and never uploaded. Progress photos stay on your phone, and in your own iCloud only if you switch that on. Delete them any time in Settings.
• How do I cancel Curlvolve Pro? In your Apple ID settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Curlvolve. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple.
• How do I delete my account? In the app: Settings → Delete my account. It revokes Sign in with Apple and deletes your data on the phone and in your iCloud.
• Is this medical advice? No. Curlvolve is general hair-care information. Sudden or patchy hair loss, a sore hairline or scalp redness deserve a doctor or dermatologist.
